Usually pretty good. Today not so Ordered a breakfast roll on the O2 app, thought I’d spend extra on a latte and add omelette to my sandwich. Total cost was £2.90 for coffee and omelette. On questioning the staff it should’ve been £2.60. Might as well have got the sandwich and hot drink combo for £2.60. To add insult to injury on opening my sandwich it only had omelette in it, not a sausage in sight. Useless

I love Greggs but… This was possibly one of the worst experiences I have had in a greggs. The sausage rolls (their flagship product) was stone cold when it was served and not only this but the sausage meat itself can only be described as mush. It felt as though it was very low quality and normally this is not the case at Greggs as they pride themselves on low cost high quality produce. Sadly this was not the case and I’m not sure I will be visiting back!
