Just taken receipt of a set of new covers for 2 sofas , replacement foam , a footstool and cushions . So pleased with the results , Pauline and staff have done a great job. If you want replacement covers ( these were for multiyork sofas ) you won’t be disappointed. We couldn’t see new sofas we liked enough so went for new covers. .Great quality , Pauline really knows what she is doing , so knowledgeable. Very high standard of finish , such a skill ! Thank you so much .

When I had a great big detached house in Ashurst between 2006 and 2010, Pauline was charged with making all of the curtains I needed. She did a good job. Now however, since I have become not quite so affluent, and also terminally ill, she places people with more money than me, over and above loyalty to what was a very good customer. She actually said to me "We are all dying one way or another", when pressed for an early appointment. Insensitive, unprofessional, callous. Only go to this company if you have shed loads of money. Otherwise you will get short shrift, even as a past massive customer.
