Sparkhill gp it’s really so bad service.I will try book an appointment for my dad,I call the every morning about 8:00 o’clock they say already fully booked .always same system they make mistake always .I talked with reception team nicely. My dad he don’t eat probably it’s almost 1month .I need to book an appointment argent . still they say sorry I can’t .

Literally since I moved to sparkhill/Strafford Road and changed my doctors from Lee bank Edgbaston to this place 🤦🏾♂️. Can you imagine I’m still trying to get an appointment to see a doctor for the last year now. It’s always the same story with these receptionist, most of the time you either on a queue waiting for appointment on the phone but never seem to get one because it’s always call tomorrow because today we booked . I sometimes call 7.57 before 8 and I never ever had an appointment till today. They don’t have a policy where you can call and make an appointment in the future, it’s always call early in the morning for slots. I advice you if you moved into the neighborhood, try finding alternative GPS that see their patients.

Would rate it a 0 if i could. Terrible customer service. Been phoning for the past 3 days but always the same response “no appointments”. I went into the gp and theres no patients at all so how are there no appointments? I still have not recieved an appointment as they keep telling me phone back tomorrow even when i have asked can i book the appointment for tomorrow they say no.Absolutely terrible!
