exceptionally poor service. they are acting for our vendors. we are in a chain that is entirely complete apart from an importance piece of admin that they have neglected to do. They have taken advantage of the good nature of our vendor by repeatedly fobbing her off, have been rude to our solicitors and when I called them the actual Partner hung up on me like a petulant teenager. Have given up chasing, suggest no one wanting to move house in a timely manner engages them.

James has recently guided me through the signing of a new lease with a tenant for commercial premises. In 35 years of letting my property out I have never had such efficient service EVER ! Completed in record time it was such a relief from what is usually a fraught and expensive time.
