What a joke!! This place employes such disrespectful people, especially the woman at the bookings department. I called up looking for information but the first guy I spoke to was so eager to get rid of me he transferred me to someone that could help me. Unbeknown to me the guy forwarded my call to a bookings line. When I spoke to the lady at the bookings line all she was interested in telling me was, how this is a busy department for bookings, in a roundabout way tells me to go away if I'm not making a booking then hangs up on me. After that experience wouldn't even think of putting a foot in their door, even if they were the only ones that could help me. I've had bad customer service but this was a total joke.
