Like others, I wish I had seen the reviews first. Website promises 48 hour delivery if ordered by 1pm. Ordered on Tuesday evening thinking goods would be arriving by Friday. Get an email on Thursday to say goods dispatched. Only for them to point out the sale confirmation states 48 hour delivery from date of dispatch. Nothing is stated about this until you've ordered and paid. As they use a chat service you can't reply to an email they send and the phone lines are always busy, with no hold option. Appalling customer service, avoid at all costs.

Appalling company. Evri just lost order - had to chase the company then couldnt supply the size. Paid for 48 hours delivery. Cancelled order and asked for refund then they didn’t refund the postage costs even though they hadn’t ever delivered the item. Avoid at all costs.
