I turned up to shop here, after reading online that they are open till 4.30 p.m., and arrived at 3.55 p.m. The lights were on but the door was locked and nobody answered when I knocked. Inside was a black man talking on a mobile phone who initially tried to ignore me, but when I would not leave signalled for me to hit the road. I then knocked on the window and he tried to ignore me again but I stayed put, so he grudgingly came to the door. He then told me that they were shut and slammed the door in my face. If there was a decent reason for closing the store early he should have told me, but he gave no decent reason at all. It also advertised the closing time as 4.30 p.m. in the store window too, and false advertising is illegal in the U.K. Needless to say I will never shop here again.
