Clean, convenient, and friendly, responsive staff. And you meet really cool people too. My partner and I are in our 60s and had a great experience. Walkability: Next to the train station, two blocks to two groceries, just a little further to lots of shops and restaurants, U of Greenwich, Naval College, Cutty Sark, etc.
