    The ponytail extension is lovely but doesn't look like the photo the curls are more modern looking and it's a wrap around the colour is a little more golden then it shows in the photo however the hair is soft, thick with minimal shedding

    Purchased two wigs for me and my gf for cosplay outfits, unfortunately after being delivered the wigs were stolen from outside my property. Contacted customer care and they offered me a 10% discount on a new order. Delivery company took responsibility for the order being stolen as it was left in an open location. Contacted Annabelle wigs to ask them to claim the order for me from the delivery company, they told me they submitted the claim. Tried contacting them several times to get an update on the claim. No reply, had to ring them just to get an answer. Two months later, still not heard anything. Tired of chasing them. No updates or reply to my emails since the 23rd of Jan.
