Rob & his team were amazing when we lost our beloved dog Vinny whilst on holiday, at very short notice they arranged the cremation and collection of his ashes to enable us to take our little boy back home with us which very much helped to ease our pain. Thankyou so much you were so helpful.

This is the first time we have experienced the loss of a family pet. Jasper, although only with us for a short time left a huge mark within our household. We made the decision to have him cremated to bring him back home. St Francis Pet Crematorium did a great service for us. Their shear professionalism and compassion during our time of grief has been of huge comfort. As mentioned above, 5 stars are not enough. I would give this place 10/5 stars if I could, It’s a beautiful place and such a respectful and kind gentleman that deals with everything you need. I was in pieces when I lost my rat who was my best friend. I was made to feel at ease and no pressure was put on me when it came to arranging to pick him up after cremation. Thank you so much for everything, you are so kind and thank you for giving me time to process the loss of my little boy. I would recommend St Francis to everyone. I can’t thank you enough 💕
