My husband was taken here due to them having a heart center as he had a suspected heart attack. The drs and nurses are extremely kind and caring and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They check everything they can (tests,bloodtests,scans etc) to get to the bottom of why you are unwell and don't just send you home if they can't find the problem straight away, instead they admitted him and ran multiple tests and found a bed on a ward for him quite quickly, I definitely felt comfortable leaving him in safe hands. This is definitely the best hospital I've been to. They all deserve a medal 🙂

This review is based on resources provided after labour. I was really impressed with the time, effort and energy put into encouraging and easing breastfeeding. The expressing rooms are awesome!! Comfortable chairs, plugs to charge Phones and privacy. My son had really high jaundice I spent a lot of time expressing in these rooms I was worried about my sons jaundice being so high and had to stay in hospital. A little detail like this was so refreshing. Thank you for providing these resources and thank you team.

My partner was admitted to the McKissock Ward after coming to A&E with an extreme headache. He was scanned very quickly, and obviously scared, was dealt with the utmost compassion and empathy. We found all the staff to be friendly, professional and attentive. The thanks we feel during this vulnerable time cannot be expressed, but I will be emailing the Directors with individual positive feedback.
