St George's Prep, Boston has some good facilities e.g., forest school/day trip opportunities. Pupils/families are generally happy. However, 2 stars given for the treatment of staff, (end of 2018-early 2019). Management do not care about you, lack of empathy/understanding of mental health/SEN needs (staff and pupils). Very cliquey, e.g., you don't "fit in", they are not interested in you. Equally, if you're not useful to them for some reason, you're cast aside. Management don't reply to your emails (even when they are important) and pay is often late/incorrect. Pay isn't given throughout the holidays either or reflective of how hard the whole staff team work. You always feel like you can do nothing right, no matter how hard you try/want the best for the pupils. Gratitude is limited, amongst the whole team. A lot more additional training is required, moving forward, so staff are aware of everyone's well-being within the school and overall teaching needs to be more holistic and consider neurodiverse staff/children and people with EHCP's, who have 1:1/ mental health support. Any small goal/achievement deserves recognition, (not just academic achievements) and this needs to be implemented more.

This school is a fantastic in so many ways, they promote independence, respect, manners and to be an all rounder in life. The education is well set out and explained to the children and I have seen my niece go from strength to strength and enjoys learning. The staff are very friendly and only to happy to help if there is a problem. My niece has said that that the school dinners are very nice, she is a fussy eater so for her to say this, it must be good. Class sizes of which are small make this a prefect learning enviroment. I highly recommend St George's prep School for your children.

My niece has been going here for around a year now and she has devolped many different skills including courtesy, respect and manners. The education is second to none, the staff are very approachable and have the children's best interests at heart nothing is too much trouble.. They are very much for family involvement in and out of school. I can not recommend this school enough.
