Godwin) I have been with this surgery for nearly 30 years, i haven't had any real problems with them, there is times when you can't always get an appointment but thats not down to the surgery thats down to the government. I have had nothing but the very best care from the doctors and the nurses in anything ive had to see them for from giving birth to my daughter 28 years ago to today now im alot older and need to see the doctor quite often as i now have health problems. I find the receptionist to always be polite and professional and have always gone that extra mile at times I'm not always able to get on the E consult form online, but it's never unavailable for too long. I am very happy with St peters surgery ive never had any real problems, so that is why I've been with them for so long and will continue to stay...

I can’t explain in words how excellent this surgery is..I’m so happy to be registered here for 10 years and during that time I’ve always been well looked after from Doctors, Nurses, Receptionist and all members of staff - in time and as needed due to different situations. I think this is the best surgery in UK. Always answered questions and ready to help immediately. I only can say thank you and I hope their organisation of professionals and friendly team will be a good example for all practices in UK. How they do it I don’t know, having in mind the number of people, registered there and their demands, but always they are there to support patients with a smile and such a human attitude. 🙏

What a very dangerous woman Alison Robins is, refused to prescribe medication hospital consultant recommended, Extremely money hungry and very very dangerous Rather see Dr Harold Shipman. Spoke to a " so called" Dr Alison Robbins today, I explained I hadn't seen a gp in over 9 months but she said I must have seen one when I had a flu jab, I explained I had a flu jab in boots and didn't in fact see a gp at all, refused a face to face appointment as she wants to continue to diagnose sat on her harris. She told me if I want to see a doctor to go to a and e and then slammed the phone down, what a charming "lady" and extremely professional NOT

This doctor surgery is absolutely apauling. I put my prescription in and they always forget to send over all but one item, of which is desperately needed. Talk to the receptionist and she's very rude, even insisting the surgery's email is correct when it isn't! Been waiting all day for the doctor to sign the medication over to my pharmacy.

Went here for my covid jabs. Never seen such disorganized chaos in my life. Appointment was for 7.20 was seen at 7.50. What is the point in an appointment system if you are taking walk ins at the same time. So glad this is not my GP practice

Although the Doctors and Nurses are very good it is exceptionally difficult to make an appointment over the phone. Today I was on hold (in a queue listening to awful music) trying to make an appointment for my daughter. I eventually gave up and sent my husband to the surgery to make the appointment.
