We booked in for a collection, storage and return service from a 2-bed flat to another 2-bed flat. The booking process was extremely easy, as well as the collection. Collection was done efficiently in less than hour. Our nightmare started on the return process where the mover intentionally delays the return process. They were sat in the van for 15-20 minutes upon arrival, they started the moving process at 1:15 but yet we were charge from 12:44 merely because they arrived at the location at that time. During the whole moving process, multiple breaks plus few toilet breaks in between did take up more time. Do keep in mind we had the exact same items from pick up to return and we’re moving to a unit similar to our previous flat. but the return process took 2 hours. We did email Stackt to dispute the extra charges have yet to hear back. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you need a service urgently.
