Called yesterday and had not a very pleasant interaction with a receptionist. She was talking to me and at the same time talking and laughing with someone else on a side. I pointed out to her that the way she talks is a perfect example how you loose a client not gain one. And I was calling to potentially become one. Asked for a manager only to be told she is busy. Asked for a callback which of course never happened. Called back only again to be told the same, that manager is busy and again of course, no callback. Bad customer service, you should be ashamed. Reply to your message: I gave them twice my contact details. they did not bother to call

Never works from new one. Every few weeks stops at a random floor and open and close the doors continuously. No more than a week to work properly last year was installed. It was broken something and the spare want available only three weeks after. It is a rubbish without support.

Unfortunately I got 2 Stannah lifts in my building which service 9 floors. Despite 2 years of waiting to get them installed I wouldn’t expect them obviously to break every month!! The worst service and worst professionalism, I ever since!!! Never approach them!!!
