Went for an early dinner so it was quiet. The customer service is very aggressive. I had my napkin unfolded, folded and unfolded again after I already said I would place it my lap when I was ready. Constant conversation interruptions due to the staff not communicating, we were asked the same questions over and over again, the same waiter came to take our order then 20 minutes later, came back to take our order again. I understand that it was quiet but there were just far too many people serving our table so the number of interruptions made it impossible to just try to enjoy the meal They then separated the tables next to us which meant staff and patrons kept squeezing by next to our table so we were continuously eye level with people’s rear ends while trying to eat. The cocktails were good and so was the cheesecake. The steak was salty and the presentation of the fries made them look like school dinners. As an experience, not the worst but very far from the best.

My second time going here and it was even better than the last time. The food was phenomenal especially the lobster fettuccine which is always aaaaamazing and lobster Mac and cheese which tasted even better than last time I nearly ate off my friends forgetting it wasn’t mine. Our waiter Bharat is the best every time we go there we want him! The second time he’s served us and he’s so attentive, sweet, and polite we absolutely love him. Agnelo was lovely too. The customer service great. We wish they did individual tips because we love Bharat, next time we go back we’re partially going for him. Definitely my new fav restaurant Bharat we’ll see you soon and we’re asking for you every time no other waiter will do.

Showmo our waiter was absolutely spot on with service, extremely helpful and an all around legend to have been served by, exceptional food. This occasion was my fathers birthday and he couldn’t be more pleased with the service and food. Steak was cooked to perfection and like the rest of the food was utterly beautiful! Thanks guys!! If you can make sure you eat yourselves down to Warren Street STEAK AND LOBSTER!

Wow the food here is great. I came with a group and we generally ate from the set 3 course menu. I had mini tacos, which were not what I was expecting but very tasty. Then the lobster mac and 6 was absolutely delicious and a very generous portion. I'm meant to be making it at home I know it is going to be extremely basic in comparison. It also came with delicious fries and salad. The mason jar pudding was also extremely tasty and I couldn't finish it. I don't love ice cream but I would order it again. I had it as I am not a big fan of cheesecake. The lobster looked amazing and if I came again, I'd have that next time. I found it very reasonable for £40 for 3 courses as it was very luxurious. Also the staff were brilliant, so hats off to them. Not great for veggies and i didn't see anything for vegans which with other groups could be a problem, but in this group that was ok. I also had breakfast and there was a huge choice. They don't say decaf tea on the menu, but they have it. I recommend the green cleanse juice...I don't know what was in it, but it had to be healthy, right? Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian options
