I was also dismissed in August 2022 by the D.S manager they automatically dismissed me when I submitted sick leave. It's awful. They still lied that I was dismissed because I was late once but I was in July over a month ago before August. The truth is, I only got dismissed because I brought a doctor's note. It seems that in this company you can't get sick or it's forbidden to be sick.
