Having never hired a nanny for my two young children before, I was quite anxious about leaving them with a stranger while I attended a business congress in Brighton this week. However, Stella organised a lovely nanny, Hollie, for me, and as soon as I met her on zoom for our introduction, I felt at ease about the whole thing. She is such a warm and calm person, and she provided me with several references, all of whom I spoke to and who had glowing reports of her professionalism and caring nature. Indeed, she cared for my 2 year old and 6 month old really well over the two days and I felt quite sad to see her go! My children seemed happy and relaxed in her company. We have been so impressed with Stella Childcare. As a family of four where both parents work full time, we were frantically trying to find a nanny for after school care as our youngest was about to start school. Hannah listened attentively to our requirements and matched them perfectly. We did an initial conversation on zoom and then a face to face interview. Our boys love our nanny and it has made such a difference to us as a family. Hannah had guided us through how to become employers and all that entails as well as supporting us with the writing of the contract. All in all, it was a very smooth process. If you are looking for something similar, ask Hannah to help you in good time and be patient as this is such an important appointment - someone to look after our children in our home for the first time. It had to be the right fit for our family and I am pleased to say Hannah helped us find that person, worked to our time frame and by the 1st September our nanny had started. Two happy boys and two very happy parents.

Stella childcare is run with real love, passion and professionalism. Not only is Hannah extremely experienced but she genuinely cares for children and families she supports. I have yet to meet anyone working in childcare who is so reliable, caring and all round wonderful person. Anyone working with her will definitely be wonderful too! Due to being unwell throw my pregnancy, my doctor advised me to get help with my son. I have a very active 2 year old boy. I spoke to Hannah and she got back to me straight away. She took the time to get to know me, my husband and my son so she could match us with the right nanny. She was spot on. She recommended Katie but also gave us the options of a number of other nannies. However she was spot on with thinking Katie would be a good match for our family. The minute we met her, we took her on as our nanny. She is perfect for us and my son loves her. Hannah also took the time to check in after we hired Katie to make sure everything was ok. I couldn’t recommend Stella childcare and nanny service anymore. They are amazing. And I’m very grateful for everything Hannah did for us on such short notice. I would like to add. I got in contact with Hannah on a Monday and she had everything sorted for us to meet Katie by the Friday. Nothing is to much. Thank you so much for everything.

I was introduced to Hannah through a close friend as my little one was very unsettled and I was finding it hard to pin point what was wrong throughout the day. I was needing to rock him to sleep, I couldn't put him down for even 30 seconds without him screaming! Since our phonecall, Hannah reassured me that his feeds were perfect for his age and that his sleeps were good however, gave me suggestions for the morning sleeps and explained ways to try and stop his demands for mummy 24/7! I am over the moon with this service and would highly recommend this, I'm on day two now, Hannah has checked in on me regularly and her strategies are easy to follow and have worked wonders!
