Not happy with the response we had. Bought a car two years ago. Last week we had a screw in a tyre but there was no locking nut in the car! We had so much trouble to sort this out and it cost us £200. I phoned this garage who promised to ask the manager to phone us, but we’ve heard nothing. The least they could have done is make a curtesy call. They just don’t want to know. ☹️
