Customer Service 101: If you have a (legitimately) unhappy customer (very expensive 'luxury' house, leaking kitchen roof, no hot water in shower or utility, multiple 'cosmetic' defects etc etc do you: a) remedy defects resulting in happy customer b) block customer in FaceBook to minimise reputational damage? I have now also been blocked on fb by this horrendous company for simply telling the truth! Awful company, endless broken promises and beyond appalling standards of workmanship, avoid at all costs!!

Promised to call us when the plot we'd be asking about for a YEAR AND A HALF would be upcoming for sale only to be contacted to say it was going on sale but someone's already reserved it, and they couldn't have told us any sooner because "we've got too many people to contact" - so don't make promises to call people if you're not going to?! That was our dream home but obviously you don't care who you sell it to or how long they've waited!
