Used for the first time to replace my brake discs. Was given the option of alternative parts versus genuine, which was helpful; communicated throughout the full process. Dog friendly reception and biscuits/coffee. Friendly service. Will use again. My only gripe would be that they don’t take American Express; one of the most popular credit cards in the world.

Excellent service, fixed my fault within a few hours. This was after a different company had had my car in on 4 different days and changed everything bar the kitchen sink and didn't have a clue. Stonelake is a very professional outfit, friendly staff and I won't go anywhere else in future.
