I had a fantastic experience when I was there. The facilities are lovely and clean and COVID-19 restrictions adhered to. The staff were polite and efficient, and the ENT doctor was very in depth with their work and was more than happy to answer my questions. The follow-up however has been abysmal. A report was due to be sent, however it has not arrived to the department that it needs to and despite my attempts to call the reception the phone is either not answered or is answered, and then they hang up without even saying hello. Frustrated beyond belief as their lack of contact and doing paperwork has delayed my treatment. The three stars are for the premises and staff in person. The overall follow up and lack of telephony skills/contact is a one point five star at best.

Podiatrists are charming and excellent. The minus point is the dragon on the front desk,who challenged me about not wearing a mask.I was feeding my diabetic habit with sandwich and cup of tea. When I said'' how am I meant to wear a mask'' she said that that is your problem.We were at least 15 metres apart with no one except the security guy on the ground floor and the 2 of us. When I challenged her back about not wearing a mask ;she stated that she was behind plexiglas (the staff in our local pharmacy take a belt and braces approach and wear masks in spite of being shielded by a screen!) This over officious person makes a five star into a two star review.
