Ruined my favourite puffer coat by using a chemical too strong for the fabric of the coat. Unprofessional! If you're not sure, don't do it. Owner not sincere or apologetic. Offered my coat back marked up and half of price of coat or take it legal!! No offer of full refund of coat until I pulled him up on it. Obviously I'll never use it again. So, you've been warned!
