Tried to visit at 4 on a Thursday. Door was locked with lady on the phone behind the counter. From reading other reviews, seems to be an odd theme… EDITED Even if there was a bell...the lady behind the desk on the phone watched us struggle to find a way to open the door to what looked like an open store. Maybe a better system is in order as this is obviously losing business.

We loved the store from outside and wanted to go in but the door was locked (this was at 3pm on Friday, 5 Jan). We tried to wave to the lady inside who was on the phone and looked at us but didn’t respond, she kept talking on the phone. Then she came to the door after a few minutes and while talking on the phone, she said “the store is closed, come back after 5 minutes”. It was ridiculous! Never went back and will never go back. Customer service at its worst. Order the toys online for cheaper from Moulin Roty and djeco. Reply : The lady was exceptionally sour and it seemed like it was a burden that we were standing there. There is a way to tell you waiting customers that there is a holdup. There’s a reason why people are complaining about your customer service. Maybe instead of replying and justifying, look inwards to create a better customer journey and loyalty for your new brand

We returned our children's items that we purchased (from Saudi to UK) under our expense in order to change the sizes according to their request and then they said it was used?!!! Ok, we don’t want to change, please send it back to us? No, you have to pay again so we can ship it to you?!! We paid more than 300 pounds plus 50 pounds to return it and the result is nothing?!! Excellent Customer Service is part of Good Quality. However you may lose them. By the way: our baby is growing-up while they still have our baby stuff in their shop.
