I needed some rods and grout for crack stitching in a hurry as I was doing external wall insulation so wanted to do this before the insulation will be installed just to make sure its protected and I won't have any cracks on new render. The delivery was quick. Builders asked to order way more then was needed as they thought the wall was made from bricks instead building blocks, so I was left with a lot of rods but after speaking to the company I was able to send what was unused and unopen back and received refund. Thank you!

Do not use! I purchased 10m of crack stitching rods and 3 litres of grout from this company. I was advised by their sales staff that 3 litres of grout was sufficient for 10m of rods. It wasn't. There was only sufficient grout for 4 rods. When I rang up asking them to provide some more grout to complete the job I was advised that they could only supply another 3 litres and I would have to pay for this. I am a very competent DIY'er, the slot in my brickwork was chased with a 7mm angle grinding disc to a depth of 30mm and I inserted the grout with a pointing gun so there was minimal wastage. The person I spoke to got really stroppy with me, he said they had nearly supplied enough so what was I complaining about! I took a day off work to complete this job and had to spend time clearing out my garage to access the wall. My time is more valuable than the cost of the grout so I would happily have paid an extra £10 to ensure there was definitely enough for the job.
