My daughter and son in law to be ordered bespoke wedding rings from Stuart’s over a year before the wedding. They paid in full and kept going into see Stuart to ask when rings were ready and he repeatedly told them - they are being cleaned, they will be ready next week, I will drop them off to you! He then told them 8 weeks before their wedding that they had been lost! Finally last Saturday after months of chasing this and them still not being ready they cancelled the order! They have now had to run around at last minute and order other plain wedding bands as there is no time to have them made! They have finally received their refund now but this has all caused added stress and huge disappointment to them on what should have been a very exciting and long anticipated occasion! After over 10 years of shopping at Stuart’s and having all our rings made we will not be returning! My husband and I feel very saddened that we recommended them- we will not be in the future!

Have been in a couple of times on my own and accompanying my mother to potentially sell unwanted jewellery. Both times they have offered considerably less than the going rate for precious metals even when showing them what I could get for sending it away online. Would now always go elsewhere and would recommend others ask their rate and check.

After taking my Dad's old watch to a few jewelers in London I was told it could not be repaired, so I thought one last go I'll take it to Stuart's in Rayleigh were I live. He repaired it in about two minutes! What can I say, outstanding! Thanks so much guys, you don't know how happy I am. Will defiantly be back.

Great quality jewellery . Far better than jewellery from your huge retailers which weigh nothing and cost more. Stuarts have a large selection of second hand jewellery which is alway of good weight and great styles. I've also had inscriptions and repairs carried out to a great standard.
