I wouldn’t recommend any student to book through them!! They work so hard to get you to book a room but then if you have any issues or questions after that they stop responding. I booked a room with them and then decided to cancel - i was told and promised that my deposit is refundable- of course that was all lies and when I asked for it they stopped responding and when they did they started making up new rules that I was not informed of. I tried talking to service managers and even the CEO - 0 help. I recommend all students to book directly through the accommodation and not go through an agent as they will give you the hardest time with no customer service whatsoever.
