Wouldn’t recommend. Failed to return 3 deposits, myself and 2 others as they were keeping hold of it due to the other tenant not paying his full rent. Even after many emails and visits to the office they didn’t get the rent from the tenant so we never got our deposits back. So the 3 of us are out £400! Furious.

I wish if i could rate a ZERO STAR. Such aweful experience with this agency. They dont make even slightest of any adjustments for any dates. I always heard back excuses in the name of internal policies to extent whatever in their own way. The staffs are not professional at all. The head staff even talked very rudely during the end of the tenancy term. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone and wish such companies who take advantage of students dont exist anywhere.

Overall a painful experience and wouldn't recommend. It started off good after they took my money for the deposit. The house was really nice and well kept. It was in a ideal area, clean and ease of actually renting was brilliant. The problems come when you want to move out or end your contract early. Myself and a few others tried to move out early and this didn't seem a problem. We found new tenants and settled on a moving in day for them. They then paid there deposits and we asked to get ours back. The amount of paperwork was unreal, the time taken to do the paperwork was even worse and it generally felt like we were given the runaround. Whenever I called they didn't have an answer to what was going on and or said that the person dealing with the situation was out of office. It all seemed a bit unprofessional and unorganised.

Awful agency. Will deduct most your deposit for things that were already there when you moved in. Poor communication, don’t reply back to emails. Find somewhere else, it’ll be better trust me
