Great violin store. I just got my second violin and absolutely love it. Wide selection of sensibly priced and great value instruments selected for sound and playability. Nick is a Royal Academy graduate, teacher, MD of a local orchestra and professional violinist and violist - so can offer advice to students or player at any level. Will also play the instruments for you to judge projection and soud quality from a distance. Unrushed, welcoming and friendly environment. I've no hesitation in recommending Studio Violins.

I visited Studio Violins yesterday, by appointment, with my daughter to try out for a new violin. Super experience. They have a good range of instruments in varying price brackets. Nick was really helpful and easy going. No pressure at all and lots of good advice on how to choose, without ever telling us what to choose. My daughter is very happy with her choice. Highly recommended.
