Ian carried out a survey for us on a semi detached house we are buying. We were very impressed by the detail and depth to the report (RICS level 2 home buyers survey). It contained detailed photos of the property including the roof and guttering. The report was also delivered in the timelines given and it was clear that Ian had taken on board the plans we had in mind for potential extensions on the property. He also recommended local companies to assist with works needed on the property We were very impressed that Ian had also taken the opportunity to speak with neighbouring properties to gather further information which was included within the report.
