I had tape in extensions put in by Llayla, and she did such an amazing job. It was excellent service, and my hair turned out amazing it looks so natural, and I couldn't be happier. 100% recommended I will deffo be returning again.

I’ve visited the store 3 times in the last week during their advertised opening hours, only to find that the business is closed/locked on two occasions. This is despite me checking with the owners what their opening hours were. Edit following business owner’s reply: I turned up at 18:10 and the door was locked (not open as suggested by the owner) and the lights were off! As there was no sign on the door indicating that they were closed, I tried phoning the business to see if they were open but no one answered the phone after nearly a minute of ringing. I’d suggest calling in advance to see if they’re open, to save a trip to the shop if they’re closed or on a break.The owner did explain to me that they had briefly locked up to use the bathroom, but still they have made out in their reply that I was lying when I said that it was closed when I turned up! It’s a shame as I had a great first visit when I managed to catch them when they were open, but I won’t visit again as I can’t justify travelling to the shop to find that it’s closed!
