My transfer in 2021 to the Sunninghill Dental Practice has not only been painless but has raised the bar on what, I believe, all dentists should be delivering. Sitting in the chair and watching in real time on a large video screen, the dentist indicating in my mouth what he is planning to do was my first experience of new the way in which SDP exploits the facilities of new technology. It provided me with an understanding of my treatment and made me feel included in the process rather than being the captive specimen. We live in an age of video technology. If 'a picture is worth a thousand words' then live video must be worth a million words. In the past year, I have been able to see exactly what was planned and undertaken in the treatment of a problem root canal - a treatment which not only proved to be pain-free but which, because everything was explained beforehand with screened visuals, eliminated my misplaced trepidation. Subsequently, I have been shown exactly how to clean my teeth properly. I have been told often how to do so, but to see it on a high quality video has given me a new enthusiasm for maintaining my mouth's hygiene. Thank you SDP.

Very rude receptionist, emphasised that it was a private practice and did i still want to book in after going through the pricelist. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I have now booked in with the (private) dentist in Ascot instead.

I’ve been coming to this dental practice for around 20years since I was a child. Dr Patel was so patient and kind when I had multiple teeth out when I was younger - I really struggled with injections and he acknowledged this and made the process as good as it could be for me. Most recently Dr Narinder carried out some fillings and again, she was so patient with an excellent bedside manner - she talked me through what was going to happen and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them both.
