The worst possible service that I have experienced. Half of the amenities were broken or dirty when we came to the flat and they would take months and months to respond to simple queries. Some of which they still have yet to fix. I can and will NOT recommend this accommodation to anyone. At least find somewhere with a working toilet. If I could give zero stars , I would.
