Instead of cleaning my sofa, he ruined it. He claimed he tested for transfer of one of the sofa dyes and then left the cushions stacked up on top of each other, which then transferred the dye from one to the other. Please see photos. To add insult to injury, he promised a 50% refund, which he never gave. I had to go to my bank to get this money back, which took 4 months. I would warn anyone about using Miguel and his services. It may go well but it may go badly, which in my case went very badly. He ruined my sofa and lied about compensation. He doesn't have business insurance either and therefore use Miguel at your own risk! As you will see from Miguel's response, he's a compulsive lier. I only complained about the blue sofa dye. He even admits in the text below that he caused the blue sofa dye transfer. You can also see very clearly that he offered a partial refund and then never initiated it. As mentioned, it took me 4 months to get it back via Starling as they saw me in the right. I was never rude - I just stated facts. He doesn't have insurance so be very careful when using him as this could happen to you. Service: Upholstery cleaning
