Quick reply and good Communication. Try to resolve issue before coming out and charging a callout charge. Unfortunately, it didn’t work so came out within a couple of days and managed to find and fix the problem. Would highly recommend. Polite and well mannered.

Dave helped me out quickly with a fault on my older Master Spas Hot Tub (Tripping caused by a faulty heater). He was very communicative and was keen to explain what he was doing and why. He took the time to show me the issue and quicky obtained parts to solve the problem. He also sent pictures via WhatsApp to show and record the issue and work undertaken. He clearly knows what he is doing and has a keen desire to ensure the client is happy and informed at all times - recommended.

Super fast, super friendly, super helpful. Will use again. Noticed the hot tub was broken on Monday, Dave came and surveyed the tub on Wed, ordered the parts the same day. Offered to fit Thursday as soon as the part arrive but I couldn't so he came round early on the Friday and it was working again with in an hour.
