Needing to replace an inefficient old gas fire with a log burner we visited Sx Eco Solutions amongst other places. We found Mike in the showroom very helpful & understanding & he visited for first appraisal of work to be done. All handled extremely efficiently & sympathetically to our needs.; and all not knowing exactly what opening we would end up with. He advised on correct stove and hearth, & fitting was done by team Paul & Adam These guys were amazing , they came prepared for any eventuality and they really went out of their way to make the whole process as smooth as possible, keeping us informed as decisions were made. They were really professional, enlarging the cavity was tricky and then centralising with hearth ,could have been a disaster. all in all a great job and a pleasure to have the chaps in.

I have been delighted with the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and the attention to detail. The quality of the craftsmanship during installation is first class. An excellent company, so much so I have just purchased a 2nd Contura for my kitchen. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
