Several of the hinges on our double glazed units had broken. Ross visited at the agreed time and quickly established they were non standard. The correct hinges were immediately ordered and a new installation date arranged. Exactly on time he again arrived and quickly installed the new hinges plus two handles which were likely to fail in the near future. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his skills. It is also really good that he is local to the area. Many thanks again.

Ross came to my home on two occasions once to repair the window , second time to fit the inside of the window . He swiftly replied to my email with the details and dates .
