Impossible to get through to pay trial fee. None of the options answer including child services. Countless messages left, but none responded to. Apalling service

Totally rubbish, the respondent just did and said whatever she wanted without consequence. I feel totally let down by these muppets despite there being blatant cases of child manipulation and alienation, they did nothing but pass the buck to the mediation service, by then it was too late. When I complained, all they said was if you want to appeal then you'll have to fill out a form and pay a court fee. All that they're interested in is money. To summarise: They couldn't care less about you, they're not fit to judge a kids fancy dress, and they're a total let down for father's rights.

I have been trying to talk to someone for over week no one answers the phone or email.. I'm supposed to give them my contact details for a court hearing at least 48 hours before and I'm completely stuck on what to do as the hearing is in 2 days, absolute joke. Would be different if it was the other way round you would be fined etc

Awful customer service. Emailed about needing more information to fill in a form, received a generic email with a copy and pasted link for the how to guide (which I already read over before emailing obviously). Replied asking for someone to call me back to discuss on 22nd December, still no reply (20th Jan). Been calling constantly but the phone just rings & ringsā¦

supposed to have a remote hearing today, received notification about 3 weeks ago but there was no time on the notification nor was there instructions of how or where or when to dial in. as such, i have been attempting to call the court on a daily basis to find out the missing info that they have failed to provide - spent 7 hours trying to get through yesterday but no one bothers to answer the phone meaning that all parties are unaware of a pending case today with no means to contact the court to obtain the information, this is following a first hearing where the respondent didn't even bother to show up and a case that took three times long to get to court than the court claims it should have but due to poor correspondence from the court itself this issue has needlessly dragged on very poor also, case was originally transferred from bristol court, i have no idea it was in bristol in the first place but when i contacted them about it they were very helpful and answered the phone almost immediately - swindon just ignore it completely, i could demonstrate hours and days of trying to call the court from my phone records if need be
