The gents barber shop is looking pristine, the tattoo parlor upstairs is looking pristine...the ladies hair salon has been forgotten. The whole hairdressers needs a revamp but Mr Sylvester has ignored this. We ladies go here and pay the price asked, yet the condition of the place is terrible. The lights are fallung off ghe ceilkng, and the water system needs changing. Treat us better, that's all we ask.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sat there with my son about two years ago hoping to be seen by anyone but we were totally ignored. We watched them cut hair and chat loudly without acknowledging our presence. We waited for about 20 to o 30 minutes and left. Not a place to recommend.

Went to this shop with my son to get his haircut, when we arrived we had our traditional cloths and the guy looked at us and said they are not going to give him a haircut and started making excuses. They had some kind of racist behaviour and said it’s going to be hot and humid if we stay. I thought they are leaving that why they didn’t wanted to serve us but we came back to the street after two hours and they were still their all serving people. I don’t think their should be space for such racist behaviour in this society but we still see this in our day to day life. SHAME ON RACISM.

This is the second time something has gone wrong with me getting my hair styled here. One time I booked an appointment for a simple style after having to wait 90 extra minutes because she took a late appointment the hair stylist Tracy tried to charge me £35 after the original quote of £30. Another time I booked an appointment. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my hair styled which I didn't mind but then they started doing my hair for about 10 minutes then stopped so I had to go somewhere else to get it finished. The barbers are fine just be very careful with the hairdressers they are not reliable and professional. I won't be going back and definately do not recommend this place to anyone.
