They make SO MUCH NOISE at all hour of the night!! Fumes from the chemicals blow across causing coughing fits in the night. Overall, they are a hugely inconsiderate company. The Harlow branch has an issue with their steam release valve always going off and it wakes my children. A large number of unhappy residents will be petitioning the council to take action.
