Amazing quality of work. The owner takes pride in making sure the costumers are happy with the end product. I have 2 personalised rings that needed re-sizing and i did not think they would be to this quality of standard! He was honest with me from the start about how they could turn out and it was a risk I took. But he saved both my rings and they look brand new! I will definitely be coming back if in need!

Might be a nice place however I was sending a picture of a few of the rings on display at the window to my partner - also they are on display for the public to look at ?? As I wanted my partner to look at a few I thought were nice so took a couple of photos to send her and was met by a bloke waving his hand at the window telling me not to take photos . How ridiculous. I was standing on a public street I can take photos of what I want it is not illegal …If you don’t want people to view your jewellery may I suggest you remove the window display ! And also , maybe get with the times , people use their phones to send pictures of things that they may like 👍🏻 . Will not be shopping with you for our engagement ring .

Took my fiances engagement ring in to be resized. Syston Jewellers made us feel very welcome and really know what they are doing. They knew exactly what to do straight away and gave us an estimated turnaround time and price. Got a phone call a week before the estimated turnaround time saying the ring was done and ready to be collected. It looked better than new and fits my fiances finger perfectly. 'Happy wife, happy life'.

Excellent service from walking in the door to walking out. Attended with two old, discontinued D&G watches which were no longer working (due to battery). Battery replaced whilst I waited - took about 10 minutes in total to do both watches. Nicely all work was done in shop - no need to send off and return at a later date! Gentleman at store was able to replace a missing screw in the rear of one of the watch cases which I was not even aware of (good eyes on his part!). Lots of quality advice and reassurance given about the watches moving forward and how to ensure their longevity. Assistance in locating a replacement watch strap for one of the watches which had become worn over the years with the offer of fitting this once found. Would recommend to anyone requiring work done on their watches - staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable...and more importantly open and transparent.
