I arrive to t and b.... I have been loaded with heavy top boards.... while loading I did ask man who was loading me for rachet straps.... I am comming there on daily basis (can give them back next day) he said no problem...... After 15 minutes (allready loaded) another man on forklift (BAD ATTITUDE MAN, I'm the boss here) arrive and start attacking me verbally and forsing to use my internals for 5 very heavy load off top board(around 100 boards on 1 palet with two small plastic straps around) , I did refuse to take that load with no straps on......... Young lady from the office came around apologised for his employee saing he is like that I said to her I can not take the load, when we all agreed ...... (They decided they will take them off as they have no paperwork for it) I said OK and I was free to go......... When I come back to to the Yard when I'm based about 2 h drive I was told T and B send an official complain saing I just refuse load with no reason and I have bad attitude....... LOTS OFF LYES THE WAY I WAS TREATED IN T AND B IS A SHAME, LACK OF PROFESSIONAL APROCH TO OTHER PEOPLE. I DID LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OFF T AND B ACTIONS I BELIVE WE ALL SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT I BELIVE SENDING DRIVER IN 30 TON LORRY WITH NO STRAPS ON WILL END UP WITH TRAGEDY AND I HAVE BEEN REPORTED FOR PAYING ATTENTION TO HEALT AND SAFETY BUT IS LOOKS LIKE (I'm the boss here) DO NOT CARE. AS A PROFESIONAL DRIVER I WILL NEVER TAKE ADVICE FROM SOMEONE WHO HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WAS IN THIS CASE FORSING ME GO OUT WITH UNSECURE LOAD. I BELIVE STAFF LIKE THIS (I'm the boss here) IS VERY BAD FOR COMPANY . I BELIVE SOMEONE SHOULD DO SOMETHING WITH THIS.

Nice easy straightforward tip. Hgv's Instead of turning left onto 'double bank' and over the dyke just keep going straight ahead with the blue 'single track with passing places' sign and turn left at T-junc. Their offices come up on the right-hand side after approx 150 yards
