So magical and personal! This place keeps getting better. The staff are so helpful when choosing a tree and making it fun for the kids to get involved in 'helping' cut it down. The added details such as the elf trail and butterfly trail are perfect to keep kids entertained. The extra bonus that we discovered this year was the special post box straight to Santa. We posted our letters to Santa - and got personal replies back in the post! It was so magical, and we are extremely impressed. We go every year now and definitely won't stop.

A wonderful first experience in buying a real Christmas tree. We wanted a potted one and found there to be sufficient choice. We drove away with 2! Great staff and a lovely atmosphere. We went to a DIY store after getting our tree to pick up some items, let's just say the pricing at Ty Cerrig Chistmas Tree farm were favourable by comparison - and of much higher quality.

A fantastic couple of hours out in the fresh air with the little ones , elf trails with a question and answer sheet , muddy boot trail ,Santa's sleigh and a nice coffee shop .Staff are all friendly and in great spirit , and of course fantastic quality and selection of Christmas trees
