We bought my partners Fiat 500e from TJ Vickers last year & it was a good experience. We took a test drive on our own round the local roads & she was sold on the 500e. Options & colour were chosen, deposit paid & then the wait for the delivery. The car has just been back for its first service & all was good. We would happily continue to get the 500e serviced there & would buy another car from them.

Do not buy from here. We purchased our car in August 2022 and decided to go with this smaller company over Cinch as there was only a small price difference and thought it was better to support small businesses. Well that was a mistake. From the moment we made our payment they have really not been able to organise or resolve any issues smoothly. Firstly, when the car arrived we had it checked over, only to be told some key parts were missing. I contacted them and they said the would replace them, they didn’t until I chased them a few more times. The central locking has been disconnected as they’ve clearly bought a cheap replacement key rather than pay the £140 for an automated one (given it’s a Suzuki can and this garage is Suzuki ‘used and approved’ this is pretty disgraceful. They gave me a ‘pre-addresses’ and ‘pre-paid’ envelope to return the sales agreement but didn’t pay enough and it ended up coming back to us. They also sent the an unsigned V5C which I do not believe has been probably filed as we still haven’t received a Logbook. When I chased them on this as I needed the MOT certificate off of the Gov website, they passed my call to every extension and then hung up. Essentially, they are not capable of completing simple administrative tasks and are happy to cut corners to save money. Avoid and go for a big company where you have more protection.
