We recently used TL Chapman & Son for my fathers funeral. From the first initial telephone conversation with Claire she was empathetic, explained the process and provided guidance. She was approachable throughout and nothing was to much trouble, even at the last minute. This was despite us being many miles away and having to discuss things via telephone and email. On the day Claire and the team ensured everything ran to plan for us and made sure we knew what was happening. Our Mum loved the sea and it was our wish to take her around Scarborough marine drive before continuing to the family church for the service and finally to the crematorium. We live 140 miles away from Scarborough and had to arrange a funeral for our relative from a distance due to lockdown and all had to be done over the phone and Internet, Chapman's excelled above and beyond our expectations, the communication and understanding of our requirements was superb, it is so important that your feelings and requirements are understood and that the funeral goes seamlessly to your requirements from beginning to end, and thanks the staff of Chapman's it did exactly that, and a special thank you to Jamie for her understanding and empathy of our needs at this difficult time,
