I cannot fault these guys. We had a problem with our Intex Hottub, the dreaded E90 error code. Not the filter, not the water pump and not even the circuit board. John Adams in the UK supply minimal parts and wanted £380 for a replacement base (when the whole Hottub was £300 on offer!) T & P Supplies agreed to have a look at my unit, diagnosed and repaired within a couple of days. Keeping me up to date with progress and even sending me videos to show the unit working with a thorough explanation of what had gone wrong and how to look after the unit going forward. First Class service and the best Customer Service I have experienced in a very long time.
