Awful awful awful!!! As a former exployee I saw all the nonsense that went on. I have been mentally scarred from working here. The wounds will heal but scars will always be visible. My time at this place was like being in prison. You had the top dogs and the newbies. The CEO just keep a smile on his face whilst burying his head in the sand. I never live with regards but this place is definitely one to erase from my life!

We are a family of three, mum ,dad and a beautiful boy now 14yrs old.We went to TACT when our son was 9yrs old as we had been trying to have another child for many years and had not succeeded. We live in the Sussex area but were told that there were only white children for adoption so we would not be right as we are both Indian. We decided to go with TACT as we thought they were more multi cultural. We were successful in all the stages at this point I need to tell you that I am a type 1 diabetic and my husband has high blood pressure. We have a fantastic support system. We have doctors/social workers in our family. In the last stages of the adoption we were told that we could not go further because of my health condition, even though my diabetic consultant supported me and sent many letters to TACT saying that I would live a good ,long life. We had a thriving happy 9 yrs old boy who had all his needs fully met.TACT told me that I could not adopt a healthy child of any age but I could look at adopting a child with disabilities which shocked me.If they think I can not look after a full bodied healthy child then how did they think I was going to look after a child that needed care 24hours. Its now five years since this happened and I have only just been able to talk about it.Be fully aware of this agency and there hidden agendas.
