It has been a number of years now since I stepped into St Andrew’s hall for my first Tai Chi and Qi Gong lessons. I remember being warmly welcomed by Matt, our highly experienced teacher, and his assistants and felt in good hands right away. The carefully planned and well guided classes suit beginners, experienced students and simply anyone seeking to learn a new art. It is always nice to see all the happy smiles on my fellow students faces after a class. The hall is spacious with big windows and wooden floor - a very pleasant space to be in. It is heated during the colder months and there are plenty of toilets as well as a kitchen. I can’t recommend Matt’s classes highly enough to anyone looking to learn Tai Chi and/or Qi Gong. See you in class soon.

As a beginner I found the group very welcoming and was soon relishing the physical and mental challenge of learning tai chi. The atmosphere in classes is very supportive with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get individual guidance. There are assistants who help with demonstrations and guidance as well as instruction from an excellent teacher. i look forward to my classes and have no hesitation in recommending this group,

When I first started learning Tai Chi and Qi Gong I was really nervous but everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome Matt is a very experienced teacher and his classes are always well planned and enjoyable. All students receive individual attention from both Matt and the helpful assistants and I always learn something new. The hall is airy, clean and spacious and there is a small, peaceful garden The tea break gives everyone a chance to mix and chat with other students. I'd recommend anyone who has ever thought of learning Tai Chi or Qi Gong to come along to give it a go with Matt's classes.
