    Rude appalling customer service! Don't ever shop here if you wanted to be shouted at. The owner started yelling saying not to embarrass ourselves because she was told the prices were unreasonable. Then proceeded to tell us to get out. And it was our first time in the store. Will be taking this further. Your name is DEFINITELY not Alice Jacob - you are of Pakistani heritage. This store needs searching regarding its owners. How is this business running when you are turning customers away. Why are you so defensive??? Clearly not getting enough business. You're not normal. Shut down ur store honey.

It is very disappointing that Mr Paul Bradley saw fit to place this Review WITHOUT doing me the courtesy of first speaking to me directly! Had he done so he would have been informed that the car park behind my shop has nothing to do with Lady Bountiful as we lease the shop ONLY. Please note that, as mentioned on my website, the car park recommended to my customers is situated across the road from my shop on Oswald Road and is perfectly safe.

I continue to be delighted with the quality, fit and choice of plus-size clothes and the professional yet friendly welcome from Alice and her team. Every season I can find a great selection of well-made wardrobe staples (trousers, tops, skirts, shorts) from several European ranges. This means I can combine items and mix-and-match. In addition Lady Bountiful also has beautiful items for special occasions.
