I love tango terra: it's the only really different milonga in London for vibe and choice of music. It is inexplicably shunned by a lot of the "cool kids" in London tango, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The fact they often have a live band playing in itself is also great: years ago it had a bit of an amateurish quality but they've become pretty good over time!

Open minded eclectic business & artsy crowd mix, live music and dj, lots of melodic traditional tango, inc. Pugliese and some nuevo/alternatives. Have seen some amazing singer appearances... Plus resident host, Argentinian Alfredo Martin Espindola tango teacher-singer-musician. A different milonga to start off the weekend with relaxed happy and open-minded vibes.
